You can use it while making exercises, walking or waiting in queues. However, your iPod can be used in a different manner. Let's say you are planning to have a party. You can prepare a song mix and download it to your iPod and play it on your home stereo system. Yes, it is possible. You just need a dock and some cables. To connect your iPod to your home stereo system you have to use the headphone jack. Plus you need a 3.5mm RCA adapter cable (standard headphone jack), which can be purchased at a local electronics store like Radio Shack. After that you are able to connect your iPod to the amplifier. In addition you can connect your iPod to a car stereo system. You just need the auxiliary input on your car's stereo. But if it hasn't an input jack then it is possible to use a cassette adapter. So, along with the ability to store your favorite tunes, iPod may be considered as an improved Walkman, since it has more useful functions that you can utilize. |
